About the Role

The Product Designer position at Joko is a unique opportunity to shape the user experience of a revolutionary shopping platform. As a member of the product team, you will work closely with the CEO, Lead Product Designer, and other stakeholders to craft world-class products that empower consumers to make informed purchasing decisions. What You Will Do

  • Design world-class products that meet the needs of Joko's users
  • Collaborate with the product team to identify user needs and design solutions
  • Implement best-in-class design practices to ensure consistency and excellence across all products
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to contribute to the evolution of the brand identity
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to inform design decisions
  • Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs to test and validate product ideas
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
  • Conduct user research to inform design decisions and improve the user experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the design practice

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally in a tech or e-commerce company
  • Strong skills in mobile and desktop design, with the ability to create simple yet powerful experiences
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience working in an international team, with a strong understanding of cultural differences
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates your design skills and experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI-powered design tools and technologies
  • Knowledge of front-end development principles and coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies
  • Certification in design or a related field
