About the Role

As a Product Designer at Ramp, you will be accountable for outcomes, not just artifacts. You will work with PMs, engineers, and other designers to define problems, explore solutions, and ship product experiences that change customer behavior.

Responsibilities

  • Own product work end to end: Partner with PM and engineering to define problems, explore solution spaces, validate concepts, and ship product improvements.
  • Start in an LLM: Use tools like Claude to clarify intent, draft short PRDs, and surface risks, edge cases, and initial approaches.
  • Validate assumptions with self-serve research: Talk directly with customers, run quick tests, and use what you learn to adjust direction.
