About the Role

The Design team at Sharebite is dedicated to enhancing and redefining the corporate food space, constantly striving to raise the bar on delightful and intuitive product experiences. As a Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver polished, high-impact solutions that solve real problems.

What You Will Do

• Take ownership of specific features from concept to pixel-perfect handoff, ensuring seamless integration and user satisfaction.
• Translate requirements and user insights into initial wireframes, flows, UI concepts, and high-fidelity mockups, showcasing your ability to turn complex needs into effortless experiences.
• Create interactive prototypes to validate ideas with users before engineering begins, ensuring that solutions are user-centric and effective.
• Collaborate daily with engineering to ensure your designs are technically feasible and implemented correctly, fostering a culture of cooperation and innovation.
• Use data and research to advocate for the user, ensuring that friction is minimized and user experience is maximized.
• Participate in design explorations and executions, contributing to the development of the platform's visual and interactive elements.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions, continuously improving the platform's usability and appeal.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business objectives, ensuring that design solutions support the company's mission and goals.

What We Are Looking For

• Professional experience shipping digital products, with a focus on user-centered design and product execution.
• A deep passion for user advocacy, with the ability to leverage data and research to inform design decisions.
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD, with the ability to create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with design systems and their application in product development, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Knowledge of front-end development principles, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers.
