Job Description

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Product Designer to join our team at Schrder & Weische Software GmbH in Hamburg. As a Product Designer, you will have the opportunity to create user-friendly, high-converting designs and work with a diverse team of ~40 people from all over the world.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality, user-centric interface designs leveraging our existing Design System
  • Evolve the Design System by building and integrating new components and elements as the platform scales
  • Shape the future by leading the design process for brand-new modules and upcoming features
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate and adjust designs based on continuous feedback

Requirements

  • Figma expertise: highly proficient in using Figma for end-to-end UI/UX design
  • Design System mastery: hands-on experience working within a Design System built with scalable, reusable components and elements
  • Adaptability: comfortable taking feedback and making rapid adjustments based on technical or QA requirements
  • Fluent in both German and English (C1 level)
