About the Role
As a Product Designer at Pavago, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, scalable, and high-performing product experiences that improve usability, engagement, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and leadership, to design products that meet user needs and business goals. Your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting user research, analyzing product behavior, and designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity product interfaces.The role requires a deep understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and usability testing, as well as the ability to communicate design decisions effectively. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and to continuously iterate and improve your design skills.

What You Will Do
- Conduct user research and analyze product behavior to inform design decisions
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity product interfaces that meet user needs and business goals
- Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI standards
- Ensure accessibility and usability across all product surfaces and experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design products that meet user needs and business goals
- Iterate quickly using feedback and product data to continuously improve design skills
- Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design
- Participate in product reviews and sprint discussions to ensure design alignment with product goals
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, product problem-solving, and high-quality UI execution
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
- Experience with user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive design
- Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and usability testing
- Ability to communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and team members
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
Nice to Have
- Experience designing SaaS platforms, consumer applications, or enterprise tools
- Familiarity with large-scale design systems and analytics tools such as Mixpanel and Amplitude
- Basic front-end understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with developer-ready design tools such as Figma Dev Mode and Zeplin
