About the Role

Workos is seeking a Product Engineer to focus on Feature Flags, a set of APIs and UI that enable B2B developers to safely roll out, control, and experiment with features. The goal is to build the best possible developer and end-user experiences, allowing customers to ship confidently and accelerate their enterprise journey.

Responsibilities

  • Design and engineer delightful developer and end-user experiences
  • Build a deep understanding of Feature Flags’ place in the market and increase its adoption
  • Accrete developer trust by serving a highly available and secure product
  • Collaborate with other product teams, solutions engineering, and our go-to-market team

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry software development experience
  • Experience working on small teams in fast-paced environments
  • Background in crafting both polished UI/UX and API services end-to-end
