Product Engineer

What You Will Do

• Own projects end-to-end, from conception to delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, reliable, and efficient code, leveraging AI and machine learning to drive innovation and productivity.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement new features, focusing on strong product and technical judgment.
• Work on both backend and frontend projects, including API design, workflow engine development, and React surface polishing.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring that all code meets the company's high standards for quality, reliability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, using data-driven approaches to identify and mitigate risks.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, DevOps, and software engineering, applying this knowledge to improve the company's products and services.
• Contribute to the development of the company's AI-native control plane, focusing on scalability, reliability, and security.
• Work closely with the engineering team to identify and prioritize project requirements, developing solutions that meet the company's goals and objectives.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack engineering and AI-driven workflows.
• Proficiency in languages such as Go, TypeScript, and React, with experience working on both backend and frontend projects.
• Strong systems judgment, with a deep understanding of APIs, data models, reliability, and trade-offs.
• Experience working with cloud-native tooling and modern software delivery, with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and security.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment, with a strong emphasis on autonomy, ownership, and collaboration.
• Strong product taste, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet the company's goals and objectives.
• Experience working with AI and machine learning, with a focus on applying these technologies to drive innovation and productivity.

Nice to Have

• Experience working on open-source projects, with a focus on building dev tools in public for other engineers.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure as code.
