By working closely with the product team, the successful candidate will have a direct influence on the development of Arrived, ensuring that marketing and product development are aligned to achieve the best results.As a key member of the team, the Product Growth Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, drive user acquisition, and enhance customer engagement. This involves a deep understanding of the event planning space and the ability to craft content and marketing initiatives that speak directly to the needs and challenges of event organizers.
The role is part of a small, remote team, requiring a self-directed working style and the ability to collaborate asynchronously across different time zones. What You Will Do
- Develop and implement SEO strategies using tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs to improve the online visibility of Arrived.
- Create high-quality, engaging content (blog posts, landing page copy, newsletters, social media content) that addresses the needs of event organizers and drives organic traffic.
- Utilize HubSpot for lifecycle email sequences, onboarding flows, re-engagement campaigns, list management, workflow automation, and integrations to maximize customer interaction and retention.
- Conduct influencer and partnership marketing in the event planning space to expand Arrived's reach and credibility.
- Analyze and report on key metrics that tell the story of user engagement, signups, and retention, providing actionable insights to the product team.
- Design and execute behavioral email campaigns that are triggered by user actions within Arrived, working closely with the product team.
- Develop social media creative content that stops the scroll and drives engagement.
- Collaborate with the product team to integrate marketing insights into the product development cycle.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing, suggesting innovations that could enhance Arrived's marketing strategy.
What We Are Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in growth, content, or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS context.
- Real-world experience with HubSpot, particularly in lifecycle and behavioral automation, sequences, workflows, and integrations.
- Strong writing skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling copy that resonates with the target audience.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or comparable technologies.
- A self-directed work ethic and comfort with asynchronous collaboration in a remote team setting.
- Curiosity about AI tools and their applications in marketing, with a willingness to experiment and innovate.
- Experience running paid campaigns across Meta and/or Google, with the ability to set up, optimize, and report on paid acquisition.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
