About the Role

The Product Lead, Agentic Ads Platform, is a critical position at Hightouch, where you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our AI-powered marketing platform. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure that our platform meets the evolving needs of our customers. What You Will Do

  • Lead the development and implementation of our AI-powered marketing platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop solutions
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in marketing and AI
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product development
  • Work with the sales team to develop and deliver sales enablement materials

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology, including Salesforce and Excel
  • Experience working with AI-powered marketing platforms
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Adjust or other marketing analytics tools
  • Knowledge of cloud data warehouses, such as Snowflake and Databricks
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
  • Certification in product management or a related field
