About the Role

The Product Lead, Agentic Personalization will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Hightouch's AI personalization platform. This role entails day-to-day collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and execute personalized customer experiences that drive conversions. As a key member of the product team, you will work closely with growth leads to identify opportunities for personalization and develop strategies to optimize customer engagement. You will report to the Director of Product and work closely with the engineering, design, and marketing teams.

As a Product Lead, you will be responsible for driving the development of the Agentic Personalization platform and working closely with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their goals.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute personalization strategies that drive conversions and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new features and products
  • Work closely with growth leads to identify opportunities for personalization and develop strategies to optimize customer engagement
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement AI-driven marketing solutions
  • Work closely with the design team to develop visually appealing and user-friendly customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Analyze customer data to inform product decisions and optimize customer experiences

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in AI-driven marketing or personalization
  • Strong background in GTM and Salesforce
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and features
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Experience with AI-driven marketing solutions and personalization platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Agile development methodologies
  • Knowledge of cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake and Databricks
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts
