About the Role
The Product Lead, AI Platform at 6sense Insights, Inc. is a critical role that combines technical expertise with leadership acumen. As the architect of the company's AI operating system, you will be responsible for driving the development of a secure, reliable, and highly intelligent platform that powers every workflow. This is a player/coach role, where you will be hands-on in leading the core AI infrastructure while also serving as a people manager and program leader for a specialized pod of Product Managers.The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of AI-driven reasoning and its applications in B2B revenue organizations. You will be expected to define the architectural standards for how 6sense builds and ships AI at scale, ensuring that every product team has the tools and resources they need to succeed. This is a high-visibility role that requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to drive the company's GTM strategy.

What You Will Do
- Lead and scale a high-performing pod of Product Managers, defining the operating model and ensuring clear boundaries between platform infrastructure and agentic capabilities.
- Own the AI orchestration layer, driving the design and evolution of the core orchestration engine and ensuring robust state management, tenant routing, and high-performance runtime for intelligent workflows.
- Modernize the developer experience, designing and maintaining internal SDKs and capability registration patterns that allow other teams to build, register, and call intelligence tools within the AI OS.
- Define evaluation and trust standards, building frameworks, guardrails, and security protocols that ensure AI outputs remain accurate, evidenced, and enterprise-grade across the entire platform.
- Lead foundational model strategy, driving model strategy, routing logic, cost optimization, and compute infrastructure management to maximize performance and efficiency.
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership, surfacing technical risks early, driving clarity in platform architecture, and turning AI strategy into operating reality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive GTM strategy and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in the AI platform.
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI-driven platforms and GTM strategy.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with AI, machine learning, and data science.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of B2B revenue organizations and the role of AI in driving growth, retention, and efficiency.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
