About the Role
The Product Lead role at Bjak is a senior position that entails shaping and driving major product areas within the company's finance super app. As a product leader, you will own the direction, execution, product quality, and outcomes across multiple workstreams or squads. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include defining priorities, roadmaps, product standards, and success metrics, as well as guiding cross-functional teams toward clear execution.The finance super app is a critical component of Bjak's mission to help people get more from their money every day. As a product lead, you will play a key role in turning regulatory, operational, and business constraints into practical product decisions. You will also be responsible for driving launch quality, post-launch learning, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do
- Lead product direction for major finance super app areas
- Define priorities, roadmaps, product standards, and success metrics across multiple features or squads
- Guide PMs, Product Owners, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Work across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and other financial services
- Turn regulatory, operational, and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality, post-launch learning, and continuous improvement
- Help build a product culture focused on speed, clarity, user value, and honest measurement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product growth and innovation
- Analyze data and user feedback to inform product decisions
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services
What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience leading digital product areas, not just individual features
- Ability to balance strategy, execution, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization, trade-offs, and product sequencing
- Experience leading or mentoring PMs / POs / cross-functional squads
- Comfortable with high ambiguity, fast changes, and senior stakeholder pressure
- Ability to simplify complex financial products into usable journeys
- Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps, or regulated products
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work in a remote environment and collaborate with global teams
