About the Role

The Product Manager Acquisition & Activation plays a pivotal role in Etam's digital strategy, working closely with various teams to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions. This involves collaborating with acquisition and CRM operational teams, eCommerce, app clients, and app stores squads, as well as other departments within the DSI. The goal is to drive acquisition and activation through efficient and innovative digital solutions.

The role is critical in ensuring that Etam's digital products meet the evolving needs of its customers, leveraging data and technical expertise to guide product development and optimization. It requires a deep understanding of paid campaigns, including Search, Shopping, and Social Ads, as well as proficiency in using tools like GA4 and GTM for data analysis and technical implementation.

As part of a dynamic team, the successful candidate will contribute to the development of Etam's digital growth strategy, ensuring that all solutions are aligned with the company's overall business objectives. This involves staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and product management to continuously improve Etam's competitive edge.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement acquisition and activation strategies across various digital channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new digital products and features.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product development and optimization.
  • Work closely with the data analytics team to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital products.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Social Ads platforms.
  • Utilize GA4 and GTM to analyze data, identify trends, and inform product and campaign optimization.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for digital products and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance Etam's digital offerings.
  • Participate in agile development methodologies, contributing to the continuous improvement of digital products.
  • Analyze customer feedback and behavioral data to identify opportunities for product improvement.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to digital marketing, product management, or a similar discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital product management or paid marketing operations and technical piloting.
  • Strong understanding of paid campaigns, including Search, Shopping, and Social Ads.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools like GA4 and GTM.
  • Experience with feed management tools such as Lengow or Channable.
  • Familiarity with concepts like LTV, CAC, and value-driven piloting.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript or Python.
  • Certification in Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
  • Previous experience working with remote teams or in a distributed work environment.
