About the Role
The Product Manager position at Workwize is a critical role that involves building out software products in the B2B SaaS sector. This entails working closely with the software and operations team to drive scalable solutions and optimize operations. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for setting a clear product vision.The role is pivotal in managing and optimizing processes such as equipment onboarding, repair, retrieval, reselling, decommissioning, and storage for IT devices globally. It requires someone who excels at working with engineers, shipping products fast, and managing intricate technical features.
As part of the Workwize team, you will be responsible for creating an incredible customer experience around the product. This involves defining and executing a product vision focused on scalability, operational excellence, and efficiency. The ability to work in a cross-functional team and set a product vision that increases revenue and creates a good experience is essential.
What You Will Do
- Define and execute a product vision focused on scalability, operational excellence, and efficiency
- Work closely with engineers and the operations team to set and execute a product vision
- Create an incredible customer experience around the product
- Manage and optimize processes such as equipment onboarding, repair, retrieval, reselling, decommissioning, and storage for IT devices globally
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends
- Prioritize and manage the product roadmap
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and feedback
- Lead the development of business cases for new product initiatives
- Analyze data to inform product decisions and measure product success
