About the Role

The Product Manager Engagement role at Sparteo is a critical position that will be responsible for defining and implementing the optimization strategy for the company's four core solutions: Actirize, Meetscale, Viewsly, and FastCMP. This role will work at the intersection of Product, Design, and Data to maximize performance while preserving user experience. As a key member of the team, the Product Manager Engagement will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programmatic advertising and a proven track record of driving optimization and growth. They will be data-driven, with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

What You Will Do

  • Define and implement the optimization strategy for Actirize, Meetscale, Viewsly, and FastCMP
  • Analyze the performance of existing formats to identify areas for improvement
  • Design and prototype innovative new formats
  • Lead rigorous A/B testing campaigns to validate hypotheses
  • Optimize CTR, User Engagement, and Bounce Rate
  • Manage native advertising strategies
  • Optimize the visual rendering of the Viewsly video player and the in-player ad experience
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and the Legal department to optimize FastCMP
  • Balance compliance and UX to drive growth and improvement

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field
  • Strong background in programmatic advertising
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
