About the Role
The Product Manager, Enterprise Productivity will play a critical role in driving Coinbase's work execution and collaboration platforms portfolio. This includes leading the strategy, roadmap, and governance for the company's task and communication platforms, such as Jira, Linear, Asana, and Slack. The goal is to create a cohesive, scalable system that balances team autonomy with organizational alignment, reducing context switching and noise, and improving delivery transparency and focus time.The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the strategy and roadmap for Coinbase's collaborative work management and collaboration platforms. This will involve working closely with various teams, including Engineering, Product, Design, and Operations, to identify workflow bottlenecks and collaboration friction.

What You Will Do
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and governance for Coinbase's collaborative work management and collaboration platforms
- Lead structured discovery with various teams to identify workflow bottlenecks and collaboration friction
- Define metrics and dashboards for velocity, delivery predictability, collaboration health, and documentation/search adoption
- Develop and evolve an async-first collaboration model that reduces low-value chatter and improves signal-to-noise ratio
- Create and maintain a cross-platform center of excellence for work management and collaboration
- Lead change management and enablement for new tools, standards, and process changes
- Partner with enterprise search and knowledge platforms to make 'search before asking' the default behavior
- Design 'Day One' onboarding for Slack and work management that guides new employees to essential channels, projects, and playbooks
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience owning or driving a portfolio of work management and/or collaboration platforms
- Strong understanding of workflow bottlenecks and collaboration friction
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to define metrics and dashboards for velocity, delivery predictability, collaboration health, and documentation/search adoption
- Experience with Jira, Linear, Asana, Slack, and other collaboration platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
