About the Role

The Product Manager role at BJAK is a critical position that entails owning product areas within the company's finance super app. As a product manager, you will be responsible for understanding user needs, defining product direction, and working closely with engineering and design teams to launch and improve products. You will be part of a global team with over 20 nationalities, working together to redefine how people access financial services.

What You Will Do

  • Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, or other financial services
  • Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap, and launch plans
  • Work with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams to develop and launch products
  • Turn complex financial products into simple, usable customer journeys
  • Use data, feedback, research, and production issues to improve product decisions
  • Launch features, monitor performance, and drive iterations
  • Make trade-offs between speed, user experience, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs and market trends
  • Create and maintain product documentation and roadmaps
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize and manage product backlogs
