About the Role
The Product Manager, GTM Systems role at Dropbox is a unique opportunity to define and drive the application of AI across customer-facing GTM workflows. As a key member of the GTM TechOps team, you will partner closely with engineering, technical architects, design, analytics, operations, and enablement to turn business needs into production-ready solutions. Your primary focus will be on enabling sales, marketing, and customer success teams through AI-powered tools and workflows, ensuring seamless integration within the broader GTM ecosystem.The role entails a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle, from first touch through renewal and expansion, and the ability to identify high-impact use cases for AI application. You will work to evaluate and integrate first-party and third-party tools, ensuring solutions work seamlessly within the GTM ecosystem. This position requires strong product judgment, systems thinking, and a practical understanding of applied AI in operational environments.
What You Will Do
- Define how AI is applied across customer-facing GTM workflows to enhance sales, marketing, and customer success operations
- Identify, compare, and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities for AI application across sales, marketing, and customer success
- Balance near-term impact with longer-term platform capabilities such as decisioning and orchestration
- Own the product lifecycle from problem definition through execution and adoption, including rapid prototyping to explore and validate ideas
- Set priorities and make tradeoffs that balance speed with long-term system health
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of AI-powered solutions
- Develop and drive the AI roadmap and priorities for GTM systems
- Ensure solutions work seamlessly within the broader GTM ecosystem
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and drive business outcomes through AI application
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in AI and GTM systems to continuously improve the company's competitive edge
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on AI-powered systems or similar technologies
- Strong understanding of GTM systems, including sales, marketing, and customer success workflows
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Proven track record of successfully applying AI to drive business outcomes
- Strong product judgment and systems thinking
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
