## About the Role As a Product Manager, GTM Systems at Dropbox, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth through AI-powered tools and workflows. ## What You Will Do - Define the AI roadmap and priorities for GTM systems, focusing on high-impact use cases that drive business growth.
- Identify, compare, and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities across sales, marketing, and customer success, ensuring that solutions are aligned with business objectives.
- Balance near-term impact with longer-term platform capabilities, such as decisioning and orchestration, to ensure sustainable growth.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into production-ready solutions, leveraging AI and data analytics.
- Own the product lifecycle from problem definition through execution and adoption, including rapid prototyping to explore and validate ideas.
- Set priorities and make tradeoffs that balance speed with long-term system health, ensuring that solutions are scalable and reliable.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and drive the adoption of AI-powered GTM systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the GTM systems landscape, including emerging trends and technologies.
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of AI-powered GTM systems, using data to inform future development and optimization.
- Strong product judgment and a practical understanding of applied AI in operational environments.
- Experience with Salesforce and other GTM systems, including integration and workflow management.
- Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, technical architects, design, analytics, operations, and enablement.
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance near-term impact with long-term capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to inform product decisions with data.
- Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning concepts, with the ability to apply these to GTM systems.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins or Docker.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
