Product Manager II - Protocol Integrations

What You Will Do

• Own product development from conception to launch
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to develop and steer the product roadmap
• Define and analyze metrics to guide product development
• Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to build and launch innovative crypto products
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the crypto market and industry trends
• Identify and prioritize product opportunities based on customer needs and market trends
• Work with stakeholders to develop and implement product launches
• Analyze data to inform product decisions and measure product success

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
• Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience working in software product management
• Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the Coinbase mission
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a remote environment and collaborate with distributed teams

Nice to Have

• Experience working with crypto products or in the financial industry
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and its applications
• Experience working with agile development methodologies
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
