Product Manager II - Reporting & Analytics

The role entails working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a roadmap for improving the user experience of the analytics platform, ensuring that data is organized, curated, discovered, and utilized effectively throughout the organization. What You Will Do

• Collaborate with clinical, operations, and product development departments to identify data initiatives that support organizational goals
• Advocate for stakeholder needs when working with analysts, data engineering, and application development teams
• Develop a strategy and roadmap for improving the user experience of the analytics platform
• Work closely with data analyst, engineering, and data scientist counterparts to execute on the data roadmap
• Utilize testing, user research, and market analysis to iterate on features and enhance customer satisfaction
• Design and prepare product requirement documents, including articulating the business case and value proposition
• Drive features from development to launch in an agile scrum environment
• Coordinate and participate in development activities, including daily standups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, sprint planning, and demos

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on data analytics and stakeholder management
• Strong understanding of data analytics and its applications in clinical operations
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights
• Experience working in an agile development environment
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with Excel and other data analysis tools

Nice to Have

• Experience working in the healthcare industry, particularly in eating disorder treatment
• Knowledge of data engineering and architecture
• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
