  • Instrument analytics to track adoption, time-to-stand-up, and retention
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and field deployment teams
  • Develop and maintain technical fluency with APIs, auth, data models, and integration architecture
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI, integrations, and platform-level product management

What We Are Looking For

  • Technical fluency with APIs, auth, data models, and integration architecture
  • Analytical and metrics-first, with a strong ability to collaborate across engineering, design, and field/deployment teams
  • Experience with AI-first product management, including agentic AI, LLMs, automation, productivity, and enterprise security and compliance
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with first-party vs. partner vs. self-serve tradeoffs

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with developer and partner ecosystems, including APIs, SDKs, and plugin models
  • Experience working with remote teams and managing distributed workflows
