About the Role
Doma is a technology company that provides solutions for lenders, real estate professionals, title agents, and homeowners, making closings simpler and more efficient. The Product Manager, Integrations role is a critical part of the company's core platform, focusing on data services and external integrations. This position sits within the product organization and partners closely with engineering, data science, operations, and external technical and business partners.The successful candidate will work alongside senior product leaders to drive execution across two critical areas: data and data services, and external integrations. This role plays a key part in monitoring product performance, ensuring system reliability, and managing third-party partner ecosystems.
What You Will Do
- Own day-to-day product execution and roadmap across data services and integrations initiatives
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog across multiple workstreams
- Partner closely with engineering to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
- Support integration efforts with external partners, ensuring reliable and scalable data exchange
- Bridge subject matter experts and AI systems, synthesizing domain feedback to improve how AI agents process real estate documents
- Define and track key product and operational metrics across data services and integrations
- Establish visibility into system performance, throughput, latency, and failure points
- Monitor trends and proactively identify degradations, anomalies, or risks
- Create dashboards, reporting, and alerts to improve transparency and accountability
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in the tech or financial industry
- Strong understanding of data services and integrations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with AI technologies and machine learning algorithms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
