About the Role
The Product Manager role at iSpeedtoLead is a unique opportunity to own the outward half of the product, focusing on users, market, and the 'what and why.' As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Product Owner to ensure that every sprint is spent on building valuable features that drive business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to identify areas for improvement, prioritize features, and create briefs that tie product ideas to measurable upside.The role is perfect for someone who is passionate about understanding user needs, market dynamics, and the 'what and why' behind product development. You will be responsible for talking to users constantly, turning conversations into decisions, and owning platform improvement broadly across onboarding, buying experience, lead quality, retention, and monetization.
As a Product Manager at iSpeedtoLead, you will be part of a fast-moving environment where wrong decisions can be corrected quickly, and the focus is on trajectory rather than perfection. You will have the autonomy to make decisions, prioritize features, and drive the product forward.
What You Will Do
- Talk to users constantly, including buyers, power accounts, and churned users, to turn conversations into decisions
- Own platform improvement broadly across onboarding, buying experience, lead quality, retention, and monetization
- Find the weakest link in the platform and fix it before moving to the next
- Own the unit economics of every bet by tying each brief to LTV, CAC payback, margin per lead, or revenue per active user
- Model value before anything is built, using rough sizing of expected impact
- Write one-page briefs built around problem, evidence, and expected impact
- Ship experiments weekly, kill failures fast, and scale winners
- Pull your own data directly and track competitor changes closely
- Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure that every sprint is spent on building valuable features
- Prioritize features and create briefs that tie product ideas to measurable upside
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or marketplaces, with clear examples of metrics you moved and can prove
- Strong understanding of unit economics, including LTV, CAC, payback, and contribution margin
- Hands-on user research experience with real synthesis work behind it
- Ability to tie product ideas to measurable upside before development starts
- Experience pulling and working with your own data using SQL, Amplitude, BigQuery, or similar tools
- English C1+ proficiency, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with American real estate investors
- High ownership and strong decision-making in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- AI-first mindset, with the ability to use AI to 3x your output
Nice to Have
- Experience in startup or fast-scaling tech environments
- Experience in marketplace, SaaS, real estate, lead generation, or similar industries
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and technologies
- Certification in product management or a related field
