Product Manager

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define and deliver product roadmaps. The Product Manager will also be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing customer feedback, and staying up-to-date with industry trends to inform product decisions.

What You Will Do

• Lead the development of product strategy and roadmaps for Lively's B2B and B2C platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product requirements
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure successful product implementation
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends
• Define and track key product metrics to measure success and iterate on the product
• Communicate product plans and progress to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in healthcare benefits and financial technology
• Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning and retrospectives

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare benefits or financial technology sector
• Strong understanding of digital product development and launch processes
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and customer feedback
• Passion for delivering user-centric products that make a significant impact on people's lives

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-powered technologies and their application in benefits administration
• Knowledge of the healthcare benefits industry, including HSAs, FSAs, and HRAs
• Certification in product management or a related field
• Experience working in a remote-first company and managing remote teams
