As a key member of the product team, you will work closely with the Head of Product to shape the company's product strategy and vision. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing multiple product initiatives, collaborating with engineering teams, and working with external partners to drive adoption and integration of Qiibee's products.

The role requires a unique blend of technical, business, and interpersonal skills, as you will be working with a range of stakeholders, from Engineering and Customer Success to commercial partners and clients. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner will be essential in this role.

Qiibee is committed to building a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. As a Product Manager, you will be expected to embody these values, driving a culture of experimentation, learning from failure, and iterative improvement.

What You Will Do

  • Own and drive defined product areas across a broader product landscape, translating product strategy into clear requirements, user stories, and delivery plans.
  • Manage and prioritize backlogs in close collaboration with engineering teams, ensuring features are delivered with a strong focus on usability, scalability, and operational reliability.
  • Work closely with Customer Success and commercial teams to understand partner needs and onboarding challenges, participating in selected partner and client discussions, especially for complex or strategic use cases.
  • Turn real operational feedback into concrete product improvements, driving a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Shape API-first product capabilities used by external systems and enterprise partners, improving onboarding and configuration flows for both technical and non-technical users.
  • Collaborate with engineering on architectural decisions, trade-offs, and extensibility, ensuring that Qiibee's products are built to scale and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Contribute to exploratory initiatives involving automation, data processing, and cloud-based workflows, helping to validate proofs of concept and translate them into scalable product features.
  • Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term platform evolution, driving strategic decisions that align with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Work closely with design to build intuitive user experiences for complex B2B workflows, aligning continuously with the Head of Product on roadmap, priorities, and product vision.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong ability to structure complex problems and turn them into actionable requirements, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, or technically complex systems, with a high ownership mindset and comfort working in ambiguity.
  • Proven experience owning products end-to-end with engineering teams, with a strong focus on usability, scalability, and operational reliability.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in loyalty, payments, or enterprise platforms, with exposure to e-commerce, large-scale partner integrations, or high-volume transaction systems.
  • Familiarity with data-driven or automation-heavy products, with experience collaborating with global partners or large technology providers.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing market conditions and priorities.

Benefits and Perks

  • Fully remote work, with a competitive monthly salary package and benefits.
  • Opportunity to grow into broader product responsibility as the organization scales.
  • Close collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
  • Fast-paced startup environment, with a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools, with ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
