About the Role
The Product Manager (Operations & Growth) role at TripleTen is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a direct impact on the company's revenue and core business metrics. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for auditing and redesigning operational processes, identifying inefficiencies, and rebuilding them into scalable, reliable processes that improve both business outcomes and student experience. As a Product Manager at TripleTen, you will have high autonomy to explore, test, and improve processes, working independently across multiple operational teams to drive cross-functional change. Your ability to apply a strong product mindset to operational problems, go beyond surface-level metrics, and investigate why they change will be crucial in this role.
What You Will Do
- Audit and redesign operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the student experience
- Map end-to-end workflows across student support, onboarding, repeated payments, and other operational functions
- Identify inefficiencies, manual bottlenecks, and cost leakage, and build improvement roadmaps to drive their execution
- Debug metrics and find root causes, applying a strong product mindset to operational problems
- Define strategy and plan execution, translating insights and problems into clear priorities and initiatives
- Run the numbers, building the economic case for every initiative and tracking the right metrics to monitor progress
- Drive cross-functional change, working independently across multiple operational teams to find the problem, build the case, and lead the solution end-to-end
- Automate what makes sense, designing and implementing automation for manual workflows, support operations, and back-office processes
- Stay sharp on the market, researching competitors, studying modern operational approaches, and bringing best practices to the table proactively
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with measurable impact on operational efficiency, cost reduction, or conversion (minimum 5 years)
- Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to define metrics, build baselines, and track outcomes rigorously
- Experience running hypothesis-driven experiments, A/B tests, and controlled pilots to validate process improvements
- Comfortable conducting team and stakeholder interviews to uncover pain points, JTBD, and process gaps
- Fluent English, with the ability to communicate clearly across teams and with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong systematic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills
- Experience with process improvement methodologies and tools, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar
- Familiarity with automation technologies and their applications in operational processes
Nice to Have
- Experience in the ed-tech sector or a related field
- Knowledge of modern operational approaches and best practices
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Certification in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma
