About the Role
The Product Manager, Partner at MoonPay is a pivotal role that involves defining and executing the vision for the company's Web3 products and services. This role is critical in solving problems for MoonPay's partners and their customers, ensuring that the company's products meet the highest standards of usability and regulatory integrity. The successful candidate will be working closely with other fast-moving product managers and will be reporting directly to the Senior Director of Product for the Group.As a Product Manager at MoonPay, you will be part of a team that is passionate about onboard the world to Web3. MoonPay believes that Web3 is a unique and democratizing technology that gives people back control of their money, digital identity, data, and property like nothing else before it. You will be contributing to the development of innovative products that are secure, scalable, and globally accessible.
MoonPay is the leading infrastructure company in Web3, offering its partners everything from payment solutions to minting software for digital collectibles like NFTs. The company has also built its own consumer app, which has taken off in a big way. As a Product Manager, you will be working on defining what's next for MoonPay's products and services, leading a cross-functional team to develop innovative new features to add to the core Ramps products or even dream up brand new products and services to diversify revenue lines.
What You Will Do
- Drive the vision and execution of MoonPay's stablecoin initiatives, bringing innovative products to life that are secure, scalable, and globally accessible.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, and design to ensure every launch meets the highest standards of usability and regulatory integrity.
- Own the roadmap and OKRs for your team, with a direct line of communication with the biggest Apps in the space to allow for independent discovery.
- Collaborate with other product managers to share knowledge and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Web3 ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of MoonPay's products and services.
- Work closely with the engineering team to develop and launch new features and products.
- Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of Product Management Experience with a focus on fintech, cryptocurrency, or blockchain.
- A proven track record of leading successful product initiatives from discovery to execution.
- A strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, the top players, products, and emerging trends and technologies.
- Confidence in talking to influential CEOs, CTOs, and CPOs in the space, helping understand their problems, and explaining how MoonPay adds value.
- Experience moving fast and working in a high-growth startup or scale-up product team.
- Ability to hustle, move fast, and find ways to deliver things in days, not weeks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Solidity.
- Familiarity with Web3 technologies such as Ethereum, Polygon, or Solana.
