Product Manager - Player Onboarding & Activation

About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will need to stay ahead of the curve, analyzing market trends, user behavior, and regulatory landscape to inform product decisions. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the company's product roadmap and driving innovation.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute product strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing to prioritize product features and develop go-to-market strategies
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform data-driven decisions
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, requirements, and specifications
• Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize product features and allocate resources
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and launch

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in the iGaming industry, with a proven track record of product management success
• Deep understanding of the iGaming industry, including market trends, user behavior, and regulatory landscape
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform product decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Experience with product development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or computer science

Nice to Have

• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or JavaScript
• Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure
• Certification in product management, such as CSPO or AIPMM
