What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end prospect data integration and proof schedule creation process, identifying opportunities to improve velocity and reduce cycle time.
- Define the roadmap for systems that efficiently and accurately gather high-quality catalog data and behavioral events from prospects.
- Develop automated JavaScript code and utilities for live data collection, enhancing the data strategy and scaling capabilities of the company.
- Engineer automation by integrating advanced technologies, such as LLMs and agents, to automate data collection and processing.
- Fine-tune AI models to ensure they deliver the most relevant and impactful results for each prospect's unique needs.
- Build analytical tools, reports, and dashboards to help account executives create better, data-driven demos and provide business case reports and forecasts.
- Develop systems and solutions that make identifying great examples easier and help account executives tell better stories about Constructor's capabilities.
- Leverage data exploration and analysis to understand user behavior and suggest opportunities for improving the core recommendation and search systems.
