About the Role

The Product Manager role at Ripjar is a unique opportunity to join a remote-first team and drive the development of cutting-edge AI-native software for financial crime detection. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading and shaping key product features from concept to launch, working closely with world-class engineers, UX designers, and QA specialists. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging with customers, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in AI and financial crime detection.

Ripjar's mission is to bring national security-grade intelligence tools to the fight against financial crime, and as a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving this goal. You will have the flexibility to lean into the areas that excite you most, whether it's the tech and delivery side, the commercial and marketing side, or the operational side.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and shape key product features from concept to launch
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX design, and QA
  • Engage directly with customers to deeply understand user needs and domain challenges
  • Act as an Agile product owner, writing user stories and collaborating with the team to deliver
  • Contribute fresh ideas to product development, marketing strategies, and pricing approaches
  • Partner with world-class engineers and architects to build cutting-edge systems
  • Shape product strategy, explore pricing models, and help position products in the global market
  • Work on the operational side, deploying and implementing complex AI systems for clients
  • Bring creativity and ideas to the table, leveraging the next generation of AI tools and processes

What We Are Looking For

  • Some product experience, perhaps as an Associate PM, Product Analyst, or closely related role in a fast-moving tech environment
  • Familiarity with how enterprise software or SaaS products are built and delivered
  • Curiosity around AI and a desire to explore how it can solve complex problems
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build trust with the team
  • Ability to work in a remote-first team and collaborate with colleagues across different time zones
