About the Role
The Product Manager position at WorkOS is a unique opportunity to work on complex problems with real stakes. As a key member of the product team, you will own specific product areas end-to-end, from discovery to launch. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing GTM strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the development of innovative developer tools.The product team at WorkOS is built for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about solving real-world problems. As a Product Manager at WorkOS, you will be responsible for driving the growth and adoption of the company's products, working closely with customers to understand their needs, and developing solutions that meet their requirements.
What You Will Do
- Own specific product areas with full accountability for outcomes, from discovery to delivery and iteration
- Develop and execute GTM strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to launch new products and features
- Conduct customer interviews and gather feedback to inform product development
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends
- Identify and prioritize product opportunities, defining product vision and roadmap
- Work closely with the engineering team to develop and launch new features and products
- Develop and execute pricing and packaging strategies to drive revenue growth
What We Are Looking For
- B2B SaaS experience, with a deep understanding of developer or enterprise buyer needs
- Experience building and launching developer-facing products, with a strong track record of success
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong customer obsession, with a focus on developing solutions that meet customer needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong bias towards action and iteration
- Experience with GTM strategies and product launch planning
