About the Role

The Product Marketing Consultant role at Time Doctor is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to drive the company's product marketing strategy. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for translating product capabilities into clear market positioning and ensuring the successful launch and adoption of new features. This role requires a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of GTM execution, positioning and messaging, and competitive intelligence, with the ability to hit the ground running with minimal ramp time.

As a Product Marketing Consultant, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's product marketing narrative and driving the growth of the business.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for new feature launches, including launch messaging and cross-functional enablement
  • Create and maintain positioning and messaging frameworks, including web pages, persona narratives, and use case content
  • Conduct competitive intelligence research and analyze market trends to inform product marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain sales and customer success enablement materials, including battlecards, objection guides, and category monitoring
  • Track and measure key metrics to demonstrate the success of the product and GTM motion
  • Build and maintain AI-powered PMM tools to support product marketing projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of product marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in product marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target buyer, including their needs, pain points, and motivations
  • Create and deliver product marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, and other marketing materials

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing management, with full GTM ownership and execution
  • Strong positioning and messaging execution, with the ability to develop and maintain clear and compelling product marketing narratives
  • Competitive intelligence capability, with the ability to gather, synthesize, and frame insight into usable artifacts
  • Experience with metric tracking and analysis, with the ability to define and track key metrics to demonstrate the success of the product and GTM motion
  • Prior consulting experience, with the ability to scope and deliver work with minimal oversight
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with AI-powered PMM tools, with the ability to build and maintain these tools to support product marketing projects
  • Exposure to workforce, HCM, or adjacent categories is a plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience with category monitoring and market trend analysis
  • Familiarity with sales and customer success enablement materials, including battlecards and objection guides
