About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager, AdTech, plays a pivotal role in driving the go-to-market strategy for Hightouch's AdTech solutions, including its Composable CDP, Match Booster, and Agentic Advertising Studio product lines. This position is critical in connecting the dots between product, marketing, and sales teams and the broader AdTech ecosystem. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging their expertise in AdTech, GTM, and programmatic advertising to propel Hightouch's growth.

The role entails defining and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, conducting market research, developing thought leadership content, and championing the voice of media buyers and sellers across the company. It requires a deep understanding of the AdTech landscape, including trends, challenges, and opportunities. The Product Marketing Manager will be the driving force behind launching campaigns, building sales enablement materials, and promoting Hightouch's AdTech story to the market.

As part of the Hightouch team, the Product Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and maximize impact. What You Will Do

  • Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for Hightouch's AdTech products, integrations, and industry solutions.
  • Conduct customer, partner, and market research to identify unmet needs, quantify opportunities, and sharpen how Hightouch's products win versus alternatives.
  • Develop compelling competitive and category narratives around topics like signal loss, identity and audiences, measurement, and AI-driven media optimization.
  • Create and refine differentiated positioning and messaging for key media buyer and media seller personas.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, outcome-focused value propositions for prospects, customers, and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain simple, repeatable messaging frameworks and battlecards that help Sales and partners win AdTech- and media-led deals.
  • Create, maintain, and continually improve core GTM assets that bring Hightouch's positioning to life.
  • Drive the creation of thought leadership and growth content, including case studies, product announcements, op-eds, and blog posts.
  • Partner closely with Growth Marketing and Sales to develop and execute account-based programs.
  • Evangelize Hightouch and its AdTech story at field events, customer briefings, partner enablement sessions, and webinars.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in advertising or AdTech: 5+ years leading advertising or AdTech initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of GTM, programmatic, and Excel.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Passion for AdTech, marketing, and growth, with a keen eye on industry trends and developments.
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses and AI marketing platforms is a plus.
