About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and long-term value, grounded in deep customer and data insights.
  • Connect end-to-end strategy, from segmentation and positioning through execution, ensuring that customer insights consistently inform decisions across all touchpoints.
  • Lead the development of scalable, repeatable systems that elevate how marketing is executed across merchants, partners, and internal teams.
  • Own complex prioritization across merchants and stakeholders, balancing customer needs, marketing strategy, and contractual commitments while managing competing priorities.
  • Drive end-to-end GTM with strategic rigor, including positioning, segmentation, messaging, and measurement, ensuring execution is grounded in clear strategic intent.
  • Introduce new approaches and frameworks that improve marketing effectiveness across teams, acting as a thought leader and driver of innovation.
  • Operate with agility and a bias for learning, navigating ambiguity and taking on unfamiliar challenges with confidence.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment, partnering across product, sales, partnerships, and analytics teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage up and drive visibility thoughtfully, engaging leadership appropriately while independently driving progress.

What We Are Looking For

  • 7-10+ years of experience in product marketing or similar roles, ideally in fintech or payments, with a proven track record of translating customer data and insights into end-to-end marketing strategies.
  • Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across complex organizations, with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience in building scalable systems or frameworks for marketing execution, with a keen eye for improving execution efficiency and consistency.
  • Proven ability to prioritize across competing demands and stakeholders, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity with a proactive mindset, and a strong executive presence with the ability to manage up effectively.
  • Highly analytical with strong communication and storytelling skills, able to drive forward progress with the right level of leadership visibility.
