## About the Role As a Product Marketing Manager at Figma, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and adoption of the company's suite of products. You will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, partnering with cross-functional teams, and translating technical capabilities into clear and compelling narratives. The successful candidate will be a versatile marketer with a strong understanding of technical products and the ability to engage technical audiences. The role will involve working closely with the product, sales, design, and marketing teams to bring new products to market, shape adoption strategies, and drive growth. You will also be responsible for developing educational and community-focused content to drive adoption and engagement. ## What You Will Do - Own end-to-end product marketing efforts for a key Figma product, including developing go-to-market strategies and partnering with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and execute beta programs, including customer outreach, feedback collection, and success story promotion.
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging.
  • Drive adoption and engagement through educational and community-focused content, such as tutorials, product tips, guides, events, and live sessions.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team on integrated campaigns spanning onboarding, activation, and retention.
  • Equip Sales with competitive positioning and enablement materials that help win and grow accounts.
  • Define new audiences and lead the strategy for growing Figma beyond its core build users, including identifying specific personas and use cases that drive growth.
  • Dogfood and demo new features to understand their technical limits before they ever reach a customer.
  • Partner with Product teams to drive alignment with executive partners and ensure that marketing strategies are closely tied to product roadmaps.
## What We Are Looking For - 7+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of launching net-new products or 0 → 1 initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and market highly technical products, with strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical details into clear and relevant messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Experience partnering with Product teams and driving alignment with executive partners.
  • Comfort with technical concepts, such as how LLMs work, the software development lifecycle, or no-code logic.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional go-to-market initiatives from strategy through execution and measurement.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and tactics, including data-driven decision making and metrics-driven analysis.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or Pardot, and CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and presentations.
## Nice to Have - Experience marketing developer-facing or technical products.
  • Background in B2B SaaS and/or Enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with SQL or comfort working with product usage data.
  • Entrepreneurial, product, or side-project experience in SaaS.
