What You Will Do
- Develop and execute launch plans for new products and features, ensuring maximum impact and adoption
- Craft strategic, audience-first messaging and positioning for the product portfolio
- Develop compelling narratives that cut through market noise and accelerate customer journeys
- Test and validate messaging with customers and prospects to ensure resonance, clarity, and differentiation
- Lead cross-functional teams to define launch tiering and establish clear launch success metrics
- Analyze performance data to inform future GTM strategies and optimize launch plans
- Drive launch readiness by equipping sales, CS, and partner teams with the necessary tools, training, and messaging
- Partner with sales engineering to develop technical narratives aligned with business outcomes
- Support customer success with adoption messaging and expansion playbooks
- Work with the enablement team to create objection-handling frameworks and discovery questions
- Identify expansion opportunities and develop targeted cross-sell/upsell campaigns
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the tech or software industry
- Strong background in GTM strategy and technical product knowledge
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with customers and prospects
- Experience with launch planning and execution, including defining launch tiering and establishing success metrics
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze performance data
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and product development
- Experience with data and integrations, including APIs, SDKs, and governance
- Strong understanding of enterprise-grade security and compliance
