About the Role
The Product Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving the success of GetResponse's ecommerce offering. This involves developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the ecommerce customer, including their workflows, pain points, and motivations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute marketing programs that drive adoption and revenue growth.As a key member of the marketing team, the Product Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Growth, Content, and Sales. This role requires a unique blend of strategic vision, creativity, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain sharp, differentiated positioning for GetResponse's ecommerce offering
- Translate product capabilities into customer value that resonates with online store owners and ecommerce marketers
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new ecommerce features, from discovery through launch to post-launch optimization
- Own the launch narrative, timing, assets, and cross-functional coordination
- Define and run user interviews, market and competitive research on a regular basis
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights that sharpen positioning, inform product decisions, and improve customer communications
- Design and run recurring adoption campaigns throughout the year to educate users and drive activation milestones
- Partner with content and marketing teams to shape educational and conversion-driving content, including webinars, video tutorials, and use case guides
- Appear on camera for webinars, video tutorials, and recorded demos
- Work with lifecycle and growth teams to ensure the right message reaches the right user at the right moment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Growth, Content, and Sales, to drive marketing strategies and programs
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce marketing, product marketing, or a closely related role
- Hands-on familiarity with the ecommerce ecosystem, including platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento, and marketing automation tools
- Demonstrated ability to own and deliver marketing programs independently
- Experience creating customer-facing content and materials, including webinars, video tutorials, and use case guides
- Comfortable on camera, with experience presenting to audiences of varying sizes
- Strong understanding of customer needs and pain points, with the ability to develop marketing strategies that resonate with ecommerce customers
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Growth, Content, and Sales
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data and research findings into actionable insights
