About the Role
The Product Marketing Manager EHSQ role at Valsoft Corporation is a high-impact position that entails leading product positioning, go-to-market execution, and customer-centric storytelling across the company's Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality portfolio. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, R&D, and UX, to inform feature prioritization and provide usability and customer-feedback-driven recommendations. Your expertise in B2B SaaS and EHSQ software will be crucial in translating customer needs, regulatory requirements, and market insights into clear value propositions that resonate across industries.The role is part of Valsoft Corporation's TAG Software Group, which is dedicated to acquiring, enhancing, and growing mission-critical software companies. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting product launches, sales enablement, cross-sell opportunities, and the evolution of TAG's EHSQ brand presence. Your day-to-day activities will include market research, competitive intelligence, customer insights, and positioning, as well as leading go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and major feature updates.

What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end product marketing strategy, including market research, competitive intelligence, customer insights, and positioning
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, major feature updates, and EHSQ product expansions
- Partner closely with Product, R&D, and UX to inform feature prioritization and provide usability and customer-feedback-driven recommendations
- Build and continuously refine messaging architecture for EHSQ products, including environmental compliance tools, incident management, audits/inspections, and quality workflows
- Create sales enablement collateral, including playbooks, demo scripts, one-pagers, pitch decks, and objection-handling assets
- Develop product-focused content, such as technical explainers, demo videos, workflows, use case guides, and industry-specific value propositions
- Support partner programs and cross-sell strategies across TAG's portfolio companies
- Work with GTM teams to execute multi-channel product marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide product feedback and support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and customer needs
What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS and/or EHSQ software, with a proven track record of success in product marketing
- Ability to own positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategy across multiple product lines
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling value propositions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
