Job Description

About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager, Partnerships at Hightouch will play a critical role in driving the company's continued growth through strategic partnerships and joint marketing initiatives. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive revenue and expand Hightouch's presence in the market. As a key member of the marketing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, understanding their business objectives, and developing tailored marketing campaigns to drive mutual success. This role will also involve collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop compelling content, sales plays, and training programs that enable partner sales teams to effectively promote and sell Hightouch's products and services.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans for new product launches and partner marketing campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including regular communication, quarterly business reviews, and joint planning sessions
  • Create and deliver compelling content, including blogs, case studies, and sales sheets, to support partner marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns, sales plays, and co-branded initiatives
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement programs, including training, resources, and sales plays, to support partner sales teams
  • Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies
  • Work closely with the product team to stay up-to-date on product roadmap and provide feedback from partners and the market
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Hightouch's products, services, and technical capabilities
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth and innovation

What We Are Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for new product launches
  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging
  • Technical product positioning skills, with the ability to understand and clearly articulate the technical aspects and benefits of Hightouch's products
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and data analysis tools, such as Excel

  • Experience working in a startup environment, with a demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms, MarTech, and lifecycle marketing
