About the Role
As a Product Marketing Manager at Coinbase, you will be responsible for driving the marketing efforts for the company's institutional products, including spot, derivatives, cross-margin, and execution workflows. You will work closely with the product, sales, and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive client adoption. The role requires a deep understanding of institutional markets, as well as the ability to simplify complex technical capabilities into clear and compelling narratives.The product marketing team at Coinbase is a critical component of the company's success, and as a product marketing manager, you will be expected to make a significant impact. You will be responsible for owning the positioning and messaging for the company's institutional products, as well as leading the development of enablement materials, such as talk tracks, FAQs, and battlecards.

What You Will Do
- Own the positioning and messaging for Coinbase's institutional products, including spot, derivatives, cross-margin, and execution workflows
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive client adoption
- Work closely with the product, sales, and marketing teams to develop and execute product launches
- Lead the development of enablement materials, such as talk tracks, FAQs, and battlecards
- Partner with the sales team to provide training and support on new products and features
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of institutional markets, including risk, margining, execution workflows, and capital efficiency
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, and make recommendations for how Coinbase can stay ahead of the curve
- Collaborate with the product team to inform product roadmap conversations and ensure that product development is aligned with market needs
- Drive clarity around what's live, what's next, and what action clients should take across regions with varying regulatory constraints
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or institutional GTM
- Direct experience in institutional trading, derivatives, or market infrastructure
- Proven track record of building and executing successful go-to-market strategies for complex products
- Ability to simplify complex technical capabilities into clear and compelling narratives
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing
- Fluency in the language of institutional markets, including risk, margining, execution workflows, and capital efficiency
- Strong understanding of generative AI and its applications in product marketing
- Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making
