## About the Role As a Product Marketing Manager at Tractian, you will play a critical role in defining the company's global product marketing strategy, driving commercial results, and leading a high-performing team. You will be responsible for translating product ambition into market impact, ensuring clear positioning, stronger launches, and more effective sales execution. This leadership role will have broad influence across Product, Sales, and Growth teams, and you will be expected to elevate how Tractian tells its story and equips teams to win.
The Product Marketing team at Tractian is dedicated to acquiring new customers and possesses a deep understanding of the business. You will collaborate closely with multiple teams to show how Tractian can help clients reach their full potential. With full ownership of the PMM organization and regular exposure to executive leadership, you will be expected to lead with strategic judgment and raise the quality bar across every output.

## What You Will Do - Define and execute the company's global product marketing strategy, ensuring positioning, messaging, and go-to-market motion are aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead and grow a high-performing PMM team, setting standards for output quality, establishing clear priorities, and creating the conditions for the function to scale.
- Own the narrative, from category positioning to product-level messaging, ensuring Tractian communicates a consistent, compelling story across every market and audience.
- Partner with Sales to build the enablement infrastructure that moves deals, including pitch materials, competitive intelligence, battlecards, and segment-specific assets.
- Drive go-to-market for product launches, working across Product, Sales, and Growth to bring new capabilities to market with clarity, speed, and commercial impact.
- Translate market and competitive intelligence into strategic recommendations that inform product direction, pricing, and expansion priorities.
- Partner with CS and Account Management to build the post-sale marketing motion, references, case studies, expansion plays, and advocacy programs that drive retention and upsell.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of product marketing strategies.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Demonstrated track record of owning enterprise GTM strategy end-to-end, from positioning to pipeline impact.
- Experience leading product launches at scale across multiple market segments or geographies.
- Deep sales enablement experience, with a proven ability to build commercial assets that move deals.
- Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse functions under one coherent operating model.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast pace, with the ability to set priorities when everything feels urgent.
- US-based, with the ability to operate across time zones for Latam alignment.
- Familiarity with tools like Gong, Posthog, Confluence, HubSpot, Intercom, Amplitude, or similar revenue intelligence platforms.
- Experience building or scaling a PMM function, rather than inheriting a mature one.
- Bilingual in Portuguese or Spanish, with the ability to operate in a global environment.
- Experience working in a high-growth Series B/C environment, where speed and resourcefulness are essential.
