About the Role

The Product Marketing Senior Manager role at Fadata Group is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team that is shaping the future of insurance technology. As a key member of the Marketing & Communications team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, increasing brand awareness, and creating compelling sales and marketing assets that resonate with both business and technical audiences.

In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and analyst relations. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive demand and accelerate deal closures.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the development of compelling sales assets, including presentations, one-pagers, and pitch decks that speak to customer needs
  • Own and execute go-to-market assets and strategies to drive demand and accelerate deal closures
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create messaging and campaigns that resonate with target audiences
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the insurance market and its challenges, becoming a subject matter expert in positioning Fadata Group's solutions effectively
  • Create and deliver presentations, content, and messaging for both internal and external audiences
  • Support events and speaking engagements by developing presentations, content, and messaging
  • Collaborate with partners to create marketing campaigns and sales collateral
  • Be a champion of the brand, elevating awareness and consistency across all touchpoints
  • Own marketing initiatives end-to-end, from ideation to launch, navigating ambiguity with confidence
  • Use competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and stay ahead of the competition

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the insurance or technology industry
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and sales enablement
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in using Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive demand and accelerate deal closures
  • Strong understanding of the insurance market and its challenges
  • Ability to become a subject matter expert in positioning Fadata Group's solutions effectively
  • Experience in working with sales teams to create messaging and campaigns
