Job Description

About the Role

As a Product Marketing Specialist at Envato, you will be responsible for managing the marketing strategy and execution for our AI-first products. You will be part of a fast-moving and cross-functional team, working closely with product and design teams to influence the roadmap and drive customer acquisition. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing the product marketing roadmap, executing campaigns across various channels, and tracking performance against goals.

The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering parental leave, and offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the growth of Envato's AI-first products. You will be working in a remote-first environment, with the flexibility to manage your work and life as needed.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the product marketing roadmap across beta, launch, and business-as-usual phases
  • Execute campaigns across email, social, paid growth, and SEO to drive customer acquisition and early adoption
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to influence the roadmap based on customer feedback
  • Create and refine positioning, messaging, and marketing assets for target segments as Spark products evolve
  • Stay close to our customers by regularly talking to creative professionals to test messaging and feed insights back into product decisions
  • Track performance against goals and share insights to improve marketing and product decisions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience and their needs
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and maximize revenue opportunities
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the curve

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in a similar SaaS, creative, or agency background
  • Experienced in product and growth marketing, with a focus on taking products to market in early-stage environments
  • Skilled at running multiple digital acquisition channels (email, social, paid growth, partnerships, SEO, community)
  • Possess a strong curiosity for AI and hands-on experience in generative AI and vibe coding tools like Cursor
  • A self-starter who is proactive and thrives in a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A strong understanding of the creative industry and the needs of creative professionals

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and workflows
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with design thinking and user-centered design principles
