About the Role

At SafeLease, we're redefining the P&C insurance landscape by tackling structural inefficiencies. We design, underwrite, and distribute specialty coverage for commercial properties, controlling the full stack and offering customers flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product, GTM, and Support teams to identify operational inefficiencies and develop solutions
  • Conduct data analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Manage and execute projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals
  • Develop presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, ideally at a top-tier firm
  • Proven project management skills and strong analytical skills, including proficiency with tools like Excel
