About the Role
The Product Owner role at CSG is a critical position that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the development of Telco Enterprise Order Management Software, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of the product. The role is 100% remote, with the exception of several in-person workshops throughout the year, and offers a flexible work environment that allows you to work from anywhere.The Product Owner will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for designing and delivering innovative software solutions to Telco customers. The team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences, and the Product Owner will play a key role in ensuring that the product meets the needs of customers and stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute the product roadmap, working closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize features and enhancements
- Craft essential artifacts, such as product requirements documents and user stories, to guide the design and development of the product
- Communicate complex ideas and product vision to design and engineering teams, stakeholders, and customers
- Conduct product demos and gather feedback to inform product development and improvement
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas for enhancement and making data-driven decisions to drive product success
- Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate and prioritize features and enhancements
- Analyze customer feedback and data insights to inform product development and improvement
- Work closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure that the product is developed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth
What We Are Looking For
- Domain expertise in Telco B2B enterprise customer/commercial order management and provisioning processes
- Experience working with Telco Customer Order Management software packages, such as Salesforce, Amdocs, Ericson, ServiceNow, or CloudSense
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, solution designer, analyst, or SME in a similar domain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- A curious and respectful mindset, with a passion for harnessing the strengths of others to drive product success
- A sense of ownership and accountability, with a commitment to delivering high-quality products and results
- Experience working in an Agile development environment, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
Nice to Have
- Experience working with cloud-based software solutions, such as Salesforce or ServiceNow
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements, such as GDPR or HIPAA
- Experience working in a global organization, with a strong understanding of cultural and language differences
- Certification in product management, such as CSPO or PMI-ACP
- Experience working with data analytics tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
