## About the Role As a Product Owner CRM at Wildling Shoes, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer journey, ensuring that every touchpoint reinforces the brand's mission and values. You will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies that foster long-term customer relationships, drive retention, and encourage repeat business. ## What You Will Do - Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals and objectives - Design and execute targeted campaigns across multiple channels, including email, WhatsApp, and SMS - Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement - Collaborate with creative strategists to develop compelling content and messaging that resonates with the target audience - Work closely with analysts to track key performance indicators, measure campaign effectiveness, and inform future strategy - Develop and maintain a clear segmentation and progression logic based on customer, purchase, and behavioral data - Conceptualize and optimize CRM campaigns, automation, and communication moments - Ensure consistent, brand-compliant communication across all touchpoints - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM and customer experience - Provide data-driven recommendations to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer experience initiatives

## What We Are Looking For - 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or a related field, preferably in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer marketing - Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM strategies that drive customer engagement and retention - Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and personalization - Experience with Klaviyo or similar CRM platforms, including setup, strategy, and optimization - Data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to inform strategy and decision-making - Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills - Strong understanding of marketing automation, email marketing, and mobile marketing channels - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines

## Nice to Have - Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms - Familiarity with customer feedback and survey tools - Knowledge of customer experience design principles and human-centered design methodologies - Certification in CRM, marketing automation, or a related field
