About the Role
The Product Owner role at BJAK is a key position that drives the delivery of the company's finance super app features. As a product owner, you will be responsible for turning business goals and product ideas into clear requirements, user flows, acceptance criteria, and shipped features. This role requires a strong understanding of user flows, edge cases, operational processes, and product quality.The product owner will work closely with the engineering, design, QA, operations, and business teams to ensure that the product meets the company's goals and user needs. What You Will Do
- Own product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery details
- Manage backlog, priorities, sprint readiness, and feature execution
- Work closely with engineering, design, QA, operations, and business teams
- Translate complex financial journeys into clear product flows
- Test features before launch and ensure product quality is not left to engineering alone
- Track bugs, edge cases, user issues, and post-launch fixes
- Keep stakeholders updated on progress, blockers, risks, and decisions needed
- Write clear requirements and break down work for engineering teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment
- Analyze user feedback and make data-driven decisions to improve the product
What We Are Looking For
- Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Executive, or similar delivery-focused role
- Strong ability to write clear requirements and break down work for engineering teams
- Good understanding of user flows, edge cases, operational processes, and product quality
- Fast follow-up, strong organization, and high ownership
- Ability to work with ambiguity and convert messy inputs into clear execution plans
- Comfortable testing products and challenging gaps before launch
- Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps, or digital products is a strong advantage
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
