About the Role
QuantumLoopAI is seeking an experienced Product Owner to join its team in India. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and delivering product improvements across the EMMA platform. You will work closely with engineering, AI/ML, and client-facing teams to define, prioritize, and deliver product enhancements. Your primary focus will be on understanding client needs, translating feedback into actionable product decisions, and taking end-to-end ownership of delivery.In this role, you will operate confidently across the full product lifecycle, from writing well-structured user stories to sitting on calls with clients and understanding their needs. You will be the product point of contact for clients, gathering structured feedback, identifying pain points, and feeding insights directly into the roadmap.

What You Will Do
- Own and manage the product backlog, writing clear, well-structured user stories with defined acceptance criteria in Gherkin format
- Prioritize features, bugs, and improvements across the product suite in collaboration with engineering leads and senior stakeholders
- Run sprint ceremonies, including refinement, planning, and reviews, to keep delivery on track and teams unblocked
- Translate complex operational and technical requirements into actionable tickets that engineering teams can build from
- Track and manage progress across Azure DevOps, ensuring tickets are well-defined, up-to-date, and unblocked at all times
- Act as a product point of contact for clients, gathering structured feedback, identifying pain points, and feeding insights directly into the roadmap
- Support go-live onboarding for new clients, including configuration, setup validation, and bedding-in support
- Draft clear, professional client communications around releases, incidents, and configuration changes
- Work with the operations team to triage and resolve client-reported issues that have a product root cause
- Conduct structured analysis of user journeys, workflows, and AI outputs to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with the AI/ML team on prompt design, agent behavior, and conversation flow refinement
What We Are Looking For
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a hybrid product and delivery role
- Strong ability to write well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria
- Comfortable operating in Agile and Scrum environments
- Strong written and verbal communicator, equally at ease writing a client-facing email and a technical acceptance criterion
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to spot gaps, ask the right questions, and follow through without prompting
- Comfortable with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tooling
- Comfortable working remotely and aligning to UK business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT/BST)
Nice to Have
- Interest in or experience with healthtech, regulated software environments, or compliance-driven product development
- Experience working with AI/ML-powered products, understanding how prompt design, conversation flows, or model outputs translate into product requirements
- Experience in client onboarding, go-live support, or customer-facing product roles
- Familiarity with Gherkin syntax and BDD approaches to acceptance criteria
