About the Role

As a Product Sales Executive for HR Management at Trimble, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of the company's innovative HR software portfolio among architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) customers. Your primary focus will be on guiding these customers towards modern workforce management success, leveraging Trimble's cutting-edge technology to make a tangible impact on global industries. This role is at the forefront of expanding Trimble's presence in the AEC sector, directly influencing workforce management outcomes for major customers and shaping the digital transformation of construction industry teams.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions, preferably within the construction industry, and a strong understanding of HRIS tools. You will be an integral part of Trimble's sales team, working closely with Account Executives to drive consultative software portfolio growth and guide customers through the full sales lifecycle. Your ability to deliver tailored, impactful product demonstrations to strategic stakeholders, both virtually and in-person, will be crucial to your success in this role.

What You Will Do

  • Lead consultative software portfolio growth by partnering with Account Executives and guiding customers through the full sales lifecycle to drive measurable adoption.
  • Prospect, qualify, and shape new business opportunities by leading early discovery sessions and identifying customer needs.
  • Deliver tailored, impactful product demonstrations to strategic stakeholders by balancing virtual and in-person engagements.
  • Build trusted, multi-channel relationships with industry professionals and collaborate internally to secure high-value RFIs and RFPs.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance.
  • Continuously update knowledge of the construction industry, its trends, and challenges to provide insightful solutions to customers.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and collateral.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding and high customer satisfaction rates.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Trimble's HR software portfolio and its applications in the AEC sector.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance the software offerings based on customer and market insights.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven understanding of HRIS tools, either through practical HRIS experience or by selling this specific category of software.
  • At least 2 years of experience selling SaaS solutions or direct experience working within the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding strategic sales targets.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and influencing skills combined with an autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Google Suite products.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and customer feedback.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
